Shipping Policy

1. General Information

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.

2. Adult Signature

Since our website is restricted to Canadian adults, all orders require proof of age upon delivery to ensure the recipient meets the legal age for purchasing our products. A government-issued ID may be requested at the time of delivery. If the package needs to be picked up from a shippers pick-up location, the recipient must bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the name and address on the shipment.

3. Processing Time

  • Processing time refers to the period it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
  • All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We usually ship with Canada Post
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: $15.00
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $49.00
  • When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail that provides real-time updates on the status of your shipment, including its estimated arrival date.

5. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the following countries: Canada
  • Currently, we do not ship to Quebec or Nova Scotia as per the legislation in those provinces regarding cannabis accessories

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to Quebec or Nova Scotia.
  • Orders with PO Box addresses may experience delays.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Smoke and Vape is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

9. Damaged Items

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
