Soft Glass Core Hand Pipe
A 4" x 2.5" hand pipe built from thick borosilicate glass with silicone accents that wrap the body for grip and shock resistance. The combination solves the main problem with small glass pipes: they're fragile and hard to hold. This one sits comfortably in your hand, and the silicone layer adds a real buffer against drops and bumps.
The 17mm bowl is a standard size, and it comes with a stowable silicone cover that caps the bowl when you're not using it, keeping things clean in a drawer or bag. A flat silicone foot on the base lets the pipe sit upright on a table without rolling. The carb is on the left side. There's also an included metal tool that stows directly on the pipe, so you're not hunting for a separate poker or scraper.

Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty for specific products purchased directly from www.smokeandvape.ca. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
We fully stand behind our products and will cover up to two replacements or the period of warranty, whichever comes first.

What is Covered
- Manufacturer or workmanship defects
- Products that arrive damaged due to transit
- Malfunctions under normal use
What is Not Covered
- Empty lighters - we won’t send refills, but will cover a lighter that doesn’t work upon delivery
- Normal wear and tear (including discoloration, cosmetic issues, etc.)
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect (including drops, or sticky grinders)
- Devices where basic cleaning and sanitation standards have not been maintained
- Broken metal coverings and damaged internal circuitry are not covered by Honey Stick Canada
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@smokeandvape.ca with:
- your order number,
- the device name or description,
- a description of the issue,
- and photos or video of the defective device.
Please advise us if any replacement should be routed to another address.
- Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information. We need all the above info to process your claim, so please have it ready when reaching out.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Replace the defective item with the same or equivalent item
- Offer a refund or store credit (at our discretion)
Returns and Shipping
- If we need the device returned we’ll cover the cost. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product to be sent to you.
- Replacements will be shipped to the original order address unless otherwise requested.
- We are only able to ship replacements within Canada.
Additional Information
- If your device is out of stock at the time of warranty claim we’ll do our best to replace it with a similar device of the same value or better.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

You can return any product purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, and we’ll issue a full refund or credit to put toward your next purchase. We’ll even take care of shipping costs! All we ask is the reason for your return - once we receive your return back in our warehouse, we’ll do a quick check, and issue your credit or refund within 5 business days.

Can this pipe stand upright on its own without tipping over?
Yes, it can. The pipe has a flat silicone foot on the base that lets it sit upright on any flat surface without rolling or tipping. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference for keeping the pipe safe on a table or counter between sessions.
How do I clean the borosilicate glass portion of this pipe?
The silicone accents are removable, so you can take them off and soak the bare glass in isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, then give it a good shake and rinse with warm water. That standard iso and salt method works great on borosilicate glass and will get resin out of the bowl and airpath without any hassle. How big is the bowl opening on this pipe?
The bowl opening measures 17mm in diameter, which is a pretty standard size for a hand pipe like this. It's large enough for a comfortable pack without being oversized, and the included silicone cover fits right over it to keep things clean between sessions.
Can I soak the whole pipe, silicone and all, in isopropyl alcohol for cleaning?
The silicone accents are removable, so your best bet is to take them off and soak the glass body in isopropyl alcohol on its own. Prolonged iso soaks can degrade silicone over time, so cleaning the pieces separately will keep everything in good shape. What is the metal tool used for, and how does it stow on the pipe?
The included metal tool works as a poker and scraper, handy for clearing the bowl or stirring packed material. It stows directly on the pipe itself, so everything stays together and you're not digging through a drawer looking for a separate tool when you need one.
Are replacement silicone covers or metal tools available if I lose one?
We don't currently carry the silicone cover or metal tool as separate replacement parts. Your best bet is to reach out to our customer service team directly, and we can look into sourcing options or help you find a solution.
What are the actual colour options, and does "Cerulean" mean blue?
The four colour options are Cerulean, Onyx, Pistachio, and Sienna. Yes, Cerulean is a blue, so think of it as Onyx for black, Pistachio for green, Sienna for a warm earthy brown, and Cerulean for blue. Just pick whichever speaks to you when you add it to your cart.
Can I remove the silicone accents from the glass body for cleaning?
Yes, the silicone accents are removable, so you can take them off the glass body whenever it's time for a clean. This makes it easy to soak or scrub the borosilicate glass on its own without the silicone getting in the way, and you can pop everything back together once it's dry.
